We, CITRUS, will collect personal information through our mailing list. That information will not be sold or shared to anyone. 

Your personal data will only be internally shared between the sites; Framer, Mailchimp, Google Mail and Bandcamp. All of which conform to the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation, (GDPR).

Your personal data will be securely stored for the live running duration of our website, merch store and mailing list; your name, email and IP address will be safely stored over the above listed websites. This information will not be shared or sold by us, or the websites involved which all conform to the General Data Protection Regulations. 

If there is a data breach we will notify you within 72 hours. If you decide to opt out of receiving communication from us, we will not be able to notify you, as we will not have a means of communication.

Email and Personal Information - Consent and Protection

Your email is collected by us when you sign up to our mailing list, as well as your internet protocol (IP) address. This helps us view location information; data of where our website is being accessed and interacted. 

When signing up to our mailing list, you can expect emails about our upcoming gigs, new music releases, fresh zesty merch and more! If you wish to unsubscribe, you can click unsubscribe in any email we send!

For any gig enquiries, email thecitrusband@gmail.com Your email address, and any other personal information included, will be visible to us. We encourage that you consent to this and we will not sell or share this information, only to use it in correspondence to potential gig offers. If after corresponding with us, you wish to withdraw your consent from us securely storing personal information you shared, just send us an email to let us know. 

Payments

The only material available for consumption on our website is our original merch. This is sold through bandcamp only. Bandcamp’s two payment methods are PayPal and/or bank transfer. Payments made through bandcamp are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS), and information is held in a PCI compliant environment. We ensure to protect your personal information. Not to share, sell or misuse your personal information.

If for any reason we are required to by law, we may disclose your personal information. If not, we promise that your personal information will not be shared, sold or received by others.
